Pultrex has a reputation for providing outstanding customer care, as well as supplying some of the best filament winding and pultrusion machines to customers the world over. In our commitment to maintain such high standards, there have been some changes at HQ.
Welcoming our new Sales and Marketing Assistant, Rebecca de Winter
Rebecca joined Pultrex at the start of September, bringing a wealth of marketing and organisational experience to the team. Whilst supporting the sales and management team, Rebecca will be updating all of our marketing materials, cataloguing and archiving our image and video galleries, increasing our social media presence and implementing a new CRM system!
All of this means Pultrex will further improve internal and external communication, and be in a better position to provide information in a timely manner for customers – from receiving an enquiry down to fulfilling the order.
Ian Raymant becomes Operations Manager
Ian’s role as Project Manager evolved and developed, gradually encompassing Health and Safety, Recruitment, Buildings Maintenance, Management Accounting, Purchasing/Stock Control, ERP/MRP System maintenance, and Website & Digital Marketing as well as Project Management.
In recognition of the wider role, Managing Director and Co-Owner Colin Leek decided that Ian should become Operations Manager. The new role started in July this year, and will enable Ian to work closer with Colin, utilising his previous senior management training and experience gained during a long career at GEC.
This change means that Colin will be able to dedicate more of his time towards developing the commercial aspects of the business, keeping Pultrex ahead of the game in the composites industry.
