Pultrex offer a wide range of Filament Winding Machines and Equipment:

MODwind machines – Multi-spindle, Multi-axis winding machines of a modular construction allow Pultrex to tailor your specific requirements from a well proven range of machine component assemblies.  2 to 6 axes of CNC control.

Mini and Lab scale machines – The Miniwinder range has two diameter sizes 500 & 300mm dia, the labwind is supplied at 300mm dia, length sizes 1 to 4 metre for the Miniwinder range and up to 2 metre for the Labwind range, CNC control options 2 to 4 axes.  The Miniwinder range of machines are designed for 24/7 production whilst the Labwind range of machines with its low cost and small footprint is ideal for R & D work.

Pipe winders – simple 2/3 axes Pipe and Tank winders up to 3.5 metre dia x 12 metres long.  Polyester, Vinylester and Epoxy compatible.  Range of machine ancillaries including veil dispensing and spray/chop gun integration.

Ancillary Equipment – To complement the range of Filament Winding Machines Pultrex can provide Data Acquisition Systems, Resin Impregnation Systems, Mandrel Extractors and Fibre Tension Systems.
